Spirit Vessels made from Hawaiian Woods

Spirit vessels are special enclosed bowls and vases that are intended to be used in various spiritual practices.

They are made with the intent of becoming a vessel to hold the spirit of the individual items placed in them. The creation of these vessels are made after studying the wood to create a shape that displays the spirit of the wood. In essence, the wood decides what shape it will become.
They range in size from that of a medium sized enclosed bowl to miniatures. As they are created with a sense of respect and reverence they may also be appropriate for use as funerary urns for small children or pets.

Whenever possible, each item will be shown with all four sides (90 degree clockwise rotation from the leftmost picture towards the right), and from slightly above.
